Clovis Point Solutions brings together a world-class network of experienced professionals that have technical knowledge and domain expertise across a wide variety of areas. Many of our consultants have specialized skills in business process redesign, facilities management, mail security, and postal operations.  Several of our most senior consultants hold certifications such as Program Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

In addition to its teaming relationships with individual consultants, small businesses, and commercial security firms, Clovis Point Solutions has access to the resources of large federal government contractors when necessary.  All of the senior members of our core network of consultants have broad experience assembling and managing the web of teaming partners and subcontractors that is often necessary to meet the complex needs of our government clients. Whether we serve as the prime or one of many ”subs” on a specific contract, we have the knowledge and experience necessary to build a successful team for our clients. 

Founder and President

Dr. Robert F. Hahn II is Founder and President of Clovis Point Solutions. Prior to forming the company, Dr. Hahn was President of Pitney Bowes Government Solutions and Vice President, Strategic Development, for the Pitney Bowes Federal Government Vertical.  He is an expert in strategic planning, scenario creation and new product development, and mailstream security.  Dr. Hahn managed the Pitney Bowes Secure Mail Center of Excellence that provided technical expertise, training and intelligence support to a global network of mail screening facilities and critical national infrastructure.  Before joining Pitney Bowes, Dr. Hahn served 22 years as an Infantry officer in the United States Army. He held a variety of command and staff positions, managed the Army’s mid-career Strategist Training Program and was a key member of the Army’s long-range strategic planning group.  He was on the faculty of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, including the Association of Professional Futurists and the USO.  Dr. Hahn holds a Ph.D. in Government from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree.
